Why do we need to collect and use your personal data?
There are a number of lawful bases on which organisations can use (or process) your personal data.
The primary legal basis that we intend to use for the processing of your data is for the performance of a contract with you. The information that we collect about you is essential for us to be able to carry out the services that you require from us effectively. Without collecting your personal data, we would also be unable to fulfil our legal obligations.
If we use your information for a reason other than to complete your contract, such as direct marketing, then we generally rely on one of the following lawful bases:

Accordingly, we will rely on legitimate interest for some of our processing of personal data, in line with GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Legitimate interests means the interests of our company in conducting and managing our business, to enable us to give you the best services and products. Before doing this, we ensure that we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative), and your rights under data protection laws with our business objectives. Our legitimate business interests do not automatically override your interests. We will not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent) or are otherwise, required or permitted by law.
We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies.
You are of course, free to opt out of receiving these messages at any time. We will include clear information about how to do so in all of our messages. Where special category data is required we will obtain yours or your attorneys explicit consent in order to collect and process this information.
Who might we share your information with?
